  • APPs for children Client: Self initiated project made in collaboration with Marie Markvard Andersen (narrator) & Søren Christian Bøjer (app developer).

    The apps contain tales by
The Brothers Grimm and bedtime songs.
The intention was to make beautiful, simple and uncluttered apps with user attention focused on each story and song.

On the main page you can explore the small universe and find symbols from every story. Once a symbol is activated, a small animation runs, the narrator begins while the user is simultaneously able to follow along by text.

  • BUSTER Filmfestival Final exam project

For my final exam I did a complete fictive rebranding of Buster Film Festival, Copenhagens international film festival for children and young people.
    .
Buster Film Festival screens the best youth movies from around the world, films that are both challenging and entertaining - the mind and heart are provided with a tasty treat rather than mere synthetic candyfloss - and the best movies are presented with a Buster Award.

My intention was to rebrand in a colourful, playful way and to include more use of digital media.

The logo is founded on basics - geometric shapes - known from an earlier age when we played with toy bricks, and has the potential of being manipulated, for instance, making it three-dimensional like the award.
Using icons makes it easy to navigate. The icons appear on both printed and digital media, establishing recognition and streamlining brand image.

The posters are adventures in a world in which you can make out different stories, just as you can experience a lot of different stories in the films. And, some people might recognize the references from different movies in the posters (some references are for parents only..)

  • TRENCHCOAT Client: Trenchcoat

Album artwork for "Balloons at your funeral"
The music is heavy swing, rock’n’roll and jazz. The songs are stories of various personalities in a rough mix of a dark and light atmospheres, set in smoky bars where alcohol is imbibed liberally and voices are rusty.

Each song is translated into a picture that captures the essence of the lyrics and the atmosphere of the music. Pictures, lyrics and cd are gathered together into a book with a wooden cover.

The purpose with the book is to add an extra dimension to the music, to stand out from the normal run-of-the-mill cd covers, and to further enhance the artistic experience upon purchase of the album.

  • KODA/DK School Project

    Redesign of a magazine.
The magazine is for musicians and members of KODA.
KODA administers Danish copyrights and ensure that the music creators get paid when their music is played in public.
My idea was to design the cover and articles inspired of the graphical look of the cheque which the musicians get from KODA.
